1. What’s the minimum quantity required?

We accept orders starting from just 120 pairs - no upper limit. Don't worry, we never say no to your order size.

2. How can I check my logo for customization?

You can directly upload your logo on our website to preview the customization effect. This will help you see how your design looks before placing the order.

For the best result, we recommend uploading your logo in PNG format.

3. Is there a setup or customization charge?

Yes — the setup fee varies depending on the customization method, such as embroidery, heat transfer, and others. Please visit the product section to view the available options and corresponding pricing.

4. Are bulk order discounts available?

Definitely. The larger your order, the better the unit price. We provide volume-based pricing tailored to your needs.

5. What about shipping costs and delivery times?

Sample Shipping is free! lt takes 5-7 days.
Customized orders usually take about 15-30 days in total, including both production and shipping, depending on your order quantity.

6. Are customs duties included?

Please note: Import taxes and duties are not covered. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and depend on local regulations.
